As we are stuck at home for a number of weeks our teachers have given us lot's of fun and creative tasks/activities to keep us entertained for a while. We have a massive variety of tasks and today I chose to complete a maths one. My task was all to do with tessellation and creating my own. I followed the instructions that were provided and this was my final product.
I know mine is not the best but I tried :)
Have you learnt about tesselation?
If you have what have you created?

Well done Mckenna. Your lettering looks pretty accurate- It must have been hard to try and make them all the same when drawing by hand. The colours you have chosen go well together. I look forward to seeing the next fun activity that you post.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing McKenna Looks like a lot of patience was needed to achieve this. It’s fab. I look forward to viewing & commenting on more activities you share . G, A. Marie
ReplyDeleteHey Mckenna, this is a cool drawing and it looks like it would have taken you ages (good job we have time on our hands!) You have really grasped the concept of reflectional symmetry and I love that the colours also reflect. Stay safe and stay sane, during the lockdown. I look forward to seeing what else you have been up to. Caz :o)
ReplyDeleteHey Mckenna! I really like this piece of symmetrical art. I think you have done a fantastic job and having the colours symmetrical really makes it stand out. Good perseverance to get it completed :) Mrs O
ReplyDeleteAwesome work, Kenneth! I'm really surprised that this wasn't some form of 'Harry Styles' art!? š
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. Hope you are keeping sane with the all the fam! I look forward to seeing what else you get up to. Keep on blogging :)
Hi, this is Ella. I love the awesome work you have put into this. Next time maybe you could say how you did this so others could try. How long did this take you to make?
