It's finally FRIDAY!!!
I hope all have had a good week.
Today I choose to design my own cake. As you may have seen on my last post I like Brooklyn 99 so I decided to have that as the theme to my cake.
My flavours are an Oreo cake with Oreo frosting. The fondant is made with icing sugar and marshmallows.
If you were to desgin a themed cake, what theme would it be?

ReplyDeleteYou certainly love to build pop-culture references in to your work McKenna. I love the cake! I would really love to see it in real life. Maybe we can have a season-premier Brooklyn Nine Nine watching party at the end of the year with that cake as the centre-piece (if you could make that happen).
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about how big the cake would be? Could you apply any of our learning from area and start by working out how big the base of the cake will be? Obviously you want it to be large enough to bake, but not too large that you'll run out of ingredients and time.
